By commissioning the artist, the client agrees to the following terms:

GENERAL
By commissioning the artist, the client agrees to the following terms:PAYMENTS
• Payments must be made either upfront or after final sketch provided.
• The progress would be halt or paused until the payment was confirmed.
• Commissions over 300 USD are permitted for a 50:50 upfront payment.REVISIONS
• Up to three major revisions are permitted during the rough sketch phase.
• Minor revisions are allowed, such as adjustments to the base color and small details.
• Major revisions following afterwards are subject to additional fees.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• Estimated time 2 to 8 weeks (excluding queue), depending on the complexity.
• A custom deadline will incur an additional 50% of the total fee.
• The final pieces will be sent to email that Client provided.USE
• You may use the piece for any personal use.
• 2x the original price for media content that generates revenue, such as emojis, song covers, membership artwork, etc.
• 5x the original price for commercial use, such as merchandise, ads, book covers, art books, etc.
• Usage as a Thumbnail video, Standby for live video, Video content, Media promotion, and something similliar are permitted.
• Please do mention my name whenever possible.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• Using my art for AI and NFT are prohibited.
• Artist have the right to publish the artwork social media and use it as a portfolio
• Client grants to the artist non-exclusive rights to observe and replicate client’s own character design, reference material and other intellectual property for the use of the artwork.REFUNDS
• Refunds are permitted only under the conditions that:
1. Artist unable to complete your commission within two months
2. Commission has not been started.
• Unfair cancellations will not result in refund to the client if the client cancels an in-progress commission without valid justification.
• If the artist cancels the commissions, a full refund will be issued to the client.COMMUNICATION
• Please provides clear and complete requirements and expectations upfront, including reference materials or assets before artwork begins.
• The artist may not respond to matters regarding the commission outside work hours on their timezone. The client should not expect the artist to work on weekends.

ACCEPTANCE
• Client is 18+ and legally able to commit to an agreement.

Clients will receive progress update in each section by default, unless requested.
Final. Full-resolution image will be sent via email/Google Drive or any method of sending file after payment.
